The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute of Non Traditional Approaches to Human and Healing Justice synthesizes four (4) critical frameworks/concepts: 1) The WAR;  2) The Non Traditional Approach to Criminal and Social Justice/Human Justice (Ellis, 1990 & White, 2022); 3) Healing Justice (Page & Woodland, 2023); and 4) Afrikan Sacred Science (Somé, 2000). In no particular order, all four of these concepts place Afrikan epistemology, Black radical traditions, and “Community Specific” praxis of resurrection/healing/fighting at the center of healing, family building and community development. This is analysis examines an intergenerational-intersectional healing process that is local, national and international; stepped in a praxis of community specific lineages - grassroots pedagogy, documentation/preserving of knowledge as a shared experience of regaining and retaining genetic memory of learned lessons, rituals and community strategies to heal from (her)historical trauma. 

The Institute aims to establish an empirical practice of Non Traditional Approaches and “resurrection strategies” to push a grassroots analysis into mainstream institutions serving Black/Brown/Indigenous working class communities. The Kabaka and Luqmon Institute seeks to share Afrikan-Centered worldviews, grassroots movement methodology and analysis to fill gaps within traditional institutional practice, community based organizational development, and local community culture! We do this for our Elders, Ancestors and Future!
